Will It Hold?

We get a lot of questions about our products. How does it install? What cookware fits in the bags? Will a full-size cooler fit on top of the Bed Glider under the tonneau cover? All good questions, and we love answering them. But this week we got one that made us smile: can a grown man stand on the end of the Gear Sled?

We could have just said yes. Instead, Matthew went out to the shop, fully extended the sled, and stood on the end of it. The photo speaks for itself. Pedals was there too, of course — she's never far when something interesting is happening, or when there's even a remote possibility of treats.

The short answer is yes. The longer answer is that we think about durability from the very beginning of the design process. We're not building gear for the garage — we're building it for hard days on the trail, dusty desert afternoons, and damp coastal mornings. It needs to work when you need it, and keep working trip after trip.

So yes, Matthew can stand on it. We don't recommend it. But it's good to know.
