From Sketch to Trail: Thunderbolt Featured by Autodesk

We’ve spent the past few years building gear in our workshop, testing it in the wild, and refining every detail with real-world use in mind. So it was a real honor to be featured recently in Autodesk’s Fusion 360 blog, which highlights how we bring our ideas to life.
The article explores how we use Fusion 360 in our design process, taking concept sketches all the way to finished, shipped products. As a small, hands-on business, we rely on tools like Fusion to move quickly, prototype thoroughly, and keep quality at the center of everything we make.
It also touches on the heart of what we do: solving problems we encounter in the field, designing for fellow adventurers, and building gear that’s meant to be used, not just admired. It’s truly gratifying to be featured alongside other makers and innovators using Fusion 360 in thoughtful, practical ways. And we’re grateful to all of you—our customers and community—for supporting what we do and sharing your feedback, stories, and photos along the way.
A big thank-you to Heather and the whole the Autodesk team for telling our story—and to all of you for being part of the journey. If you’re curious about how our products come to life, we’d love for you to check it out.
