Meet Monika and Carl and see what they're cooking up!

We love seeing photos of our customers using their Thunderbolt Camp Kitchens while camping, tailgating, or even charging the truck. We feel like we've really gotten to know some of you through your amazing posts of delicious looking food and off-road hijinks. We are genuinely looking forward to getting back up to Seattle to meet up with some of our very first customers.

Just this spring, Monika and Carl picked up their Camp Kitchen for their R1T. A few weeks later, they drove from the Bay Area to Texas fully outfitted with a rooftop tent and Thunderbolt Camp Kitchen on an epic road trip to catch the solar eclipse. While on their journey, they took every opportunity to pull out their camp kitchen. Whether they were making a gourmet quality meal or Moka Pot coffee complete with frothed milk, Monika and Carl put their Thunderbolt Camp Kitchen through its paces.

Monika and Carl also made a thorough video review of the Thunderbolt Camp Kitchen for their YouTube Channel MotorSport UnPlugged. It's really thoughtful and talks about the things that they love (lots of storage, lots of work space) and the things they don't love (second plug receptacle a little tricky to reach). Take a look and give them a follow. They are experienced campers who clearly love taking their Rivian out on some pretty epic adventures.

Now Carl tells me that they are planning a series of videos focused on Induction Friendly Camping meals. What do you like to make while camping? What induction cooking hacks have you discovered? Can you fit all of your cookware in the custom designed storage bags or is there something that doesn't quite fit that you just can't live without?
We'd love to know how you're using and enjoying the Thunderbolt Camp Kitchens. If you've made a video showing you using your Camp Kitchen, give us a shout! Or if you chronicled your install like Dominic up in Washington State, we'd love to see it!
As always, Happy Camping!
